- Grooming behaviour
- Sexual solicitation of minors
- Trafficking or exploitation of minors
- Any attempt to upload, share, or distribute CSAE content
Any violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
2. Age Restriction
TS Messenger is strictly limited to users aged 18 and over. We implement age verification procedures and reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts suspected of involving minors are immediately suspended and assessed under our child safety protocols. Where required, relevant information may be preserved and reported to competent authorities.
3. In-App Reporting Mechanism
Users can report:
- Suspected minors
- Inappropriate content
- Grooming attempts
- CSAE violations
Reports can be submitted through:
- In-app report button on profiles and messages
- Dedicated reporting section within the site
All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
4. Response to CSAM / CSAE
If Child Sexual Abuse Material or CSAE is detected:
- Content is immediately removed
- The account is permanently banned
- Relevant data is preserved
- We cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required
5. Child Safety Contact
For child safety concerns, including suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), please submit a report using our dedicated reporting form. All child safety reports are reviewed as a priority under our moderation procedures.
